A downloadable game

Our game is a point and click game where the player will play as an AI system on a ship that helps NPC survivors to survive and escape from the zombie outbreak on the ship. The game was initially inspired by Resident Evil 1, 2's fixed cameras, and Five Nights at Freddy's camera monitor, the player will be able to switch between cameras in different locations to get information. Throughout the game, the player will switch between cameras and direct NPC to their destination.

The background of the game is set in a futuristic world where the present human civilization is built upon the past human civilization that was destroyed by war. The present civilization worships the past civilization as their Gods and claiming themselves as the heir of God. Religion inside this world is considered to be the authority. The past civilization is much more advance in technology compared to the present one. Science and opinions are suppressed in this society, this makes them lack the knowledge to operate or recreate these ancient technologies from their Gods.

I played the game and well at first I wasn't really sure of what I had to do. It was also confusing to know where the characters are located due to the lack of a MAP, so it feels like playing with luck at the very beginning since you don't really know where you are going out to at first and a zombie could catch you right away.

A small tutorial could help the new players to understand how the controls work. It took me around 5-10 minutes to "kind of" understand the controls system despite it relatively being really simple.

A sound for when you pick a response would be a nice touch too.

Will give a try to the new version too, since I just saw it was updated a couple days ago.

This is so cool and interesting but unfortunately completely unplayable due to controls not working at all or not being explained at all.

1. right click character

2. select action in menu (left click)

3. left-click object

Is that the correct order?

Needs more instant audio feedback for chat messages and an extra sound for when you have to pick a reply. Would be cool if 3d view had some indicator who's talking as well.

bug: health indicators stayed even though first group was dead

Thx for the feedback.

Yes, you did it in the right order. We've actually talked about game control for a long time, but it seems to have been decided that we want players to have only one confirm button (left) and select button (right).

Do you feel that typical RTS control like StarCraft ii will make the control of game more comfortable?

I think the controls are fine but they don't seem to work (couldn't get the 3 people in the room to do anything) and the hit detection seems to be spotty on clickable objects.

PS: saw there's a new version, will try that

Really needs a way to skip the intro/tutorial.

BUT - it seems to be working now :D

Actually no, it's happening again. In the room with 2 black-yellow dressed, one downed priest and cook in closet, the three are walking around in circles, ignoring my orders to hide. I can tell them to open door and leave though.

But this game is unplayable because it's too hard and requires to sit through the minutes-long beginning if you need to restart. The only solution would be a savestate system it would seem. Hope that's gonna happen, the atmosphere seems really cool.
